Job Title: (7) Swap Executives Supervisors

Location: Kigali and Upcountry

Job Purpose:

The Supervisor of Swap Executives is responsible for overseeing daily swapping operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and discipline among Swap Executives. The role ensures proper battery management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company procedures at all swap stations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.        Supervise Swap Executives to ensure smooth and efficient daily swapping operations.

2.        Monitor performance and attendance of Swap Executives at all assigned stations.

3.        Ensure all swap activities are conducted transparently — no misuse, cheating, or unauthorized swaps.

4.        Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of battery movements.

5.        Monitor stock levels of batteries and report any shortages or operational challenges.

6.        Support Swap Executives in resolving customer complaints or technical issues at swap stations.

7.        Maintain close communication with Hub Supervisors for coordination and reporting.

8.        Promote safety, professionalism, and adherence to company policies among team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1.        Driving License Category: A

2.        Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Renewable Energy, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

3.        Prior experience in supervision, field operations, or logistics is an advantage.

4.        Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

5.        Ability to manage teams effectively and handle operational challenges in the field.

6.        Honest, responsible, and able to work under minimal supervision.
