Hub Supervisors – Job Description Spiro Rwanda

Job Title: (7) Hub Supervisors at SPIRO

Department: Operations & Swapping

Location: City of Kigali and Province

Reports to: Swapping Network Coordinator

Job Purpose:

 

The Hub Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all swap station operations within the assigned region. The role ensures efficient station performance, staff discipline, safety

compliance, and excellent customer service to Spiro riders. The Hub Supervisor also supports the expansion of Spiro’s swap network through regular monitoring, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

ü   Supervise and monitor daily operations across assigned swap stations.

ü   Lead and support Station Supervisors and Swap Executives to meet performance goals.

ü   Ensure uptime, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

ü   Coordinate with Maintenance, Charging, and HR teams to resolve issues and plan shifts.

ü   Track and report KPIs, including swap performance and customer satisfaction.

ü   Conduct regular field visits and support activation of new stations.

Qualifications & Skills:

 

ü   Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Renewable Energy, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

ü   Valid Driving Licence – Category A (Motorcycle).

ü   2–3 years of experience in operations, field supervision, or logistics.

ü   Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

ü   Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and field reporting tools.

ü   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ü   Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

ü   Experience in e-mobility or energy sector operations is an added advantage.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 

ü   Regional uptime and swap performance.

ü   Staff attendance, discipline, and shift adherence.

ü   Customer satisfaction and service delivery level.

ü   Compliance with safety and operational standards.

ü   Timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
