Regional Sales Manager – Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Department: Commercial
Reports To: Head of Commercial

Purpose:
 Lead the commercial and operational activities in the assigned region, driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The Regional Manager will oversee multiple teams, ensure strategic execution, and build strong local stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

          Develop and execute regional strategies to achieve revenue, sales, and customer acquisition targets.

          Lead, coach, and mentor regional sales, service, and support teams to peak performance.

          Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.

          Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational efficiency in the region.

          Build strong relationships with local authorities, dealers, and partners.

          Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all operations.

          Provide timely and accurate regional performance reports to the Head of Commercial.

Qualifications:

          Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

          Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in sales/operations, with at least 4 years in a senior management role.

          Proven track record in leading large, multi-functional teams to exceed targets.

          Experience in mobility, FMCG, logistics, or related industries is an advantage.

          Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision-making.

          Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

          Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
