 Job overview:

 The Director of Administration, Human Resources and Finance (DAF)’s role is multifaceted and vital to the overall success and smooth functioning of K2 HR Services. The DAF wears multiple hats and is responsible for many areas far removed from the finance and administration functions. This includes Human resources, IT, legal and facilities and collaborating with program implementation.

The Director of Finance and Administration will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Country Director (CD). The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, planning and budgeting, human resources, administration, and IT.

The Director of Finance and Administration will play a critical role in partnering with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations as K2 HR Services continues to enhance its quality programming and build capacity. This is a tremendous opportunity for a finance and operations leader to maximize and strengthen the internal capacity of a well-respected, high-impact organization.

 

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

Education

·   Master's degree in finance, MBA in Finance or any other related field.
·   MBA, ACCA, CPA or related degree.

 Experience

·   At least 6 years of overall experience, ideally 3 years on broad financial and operational management experience.
·   At least 3 years working experience in a senior role (C-suite).

·   Has overseen a human resources function previously
·   Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
·   Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
·   Detail oriented, and ability to prioritize tasks and support program implementation while ensuring adherence to required policies and protocols.
·   Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of K2 HR Services.
