•   You hold a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
•   You have significant experience of at least 7 years in a similar position.
•   Have experience working in electrical substation works is a must.
•   You have the following core skills: Integrity, creativity, critical thinking, Decision making.
•   Fluently in English and Kinyarwanda.
•   Flexible to move within projects around the country.
