Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Purpose

The Site Supervisor shall be responsible for supervising daily site execution activities and ensuring the construction works are executed according to project specifications, quality & safety standards, and within approved timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure the execution activities in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedule.
• Coordinate and manage site subcontractors and its team.
• Monitor work progress and report daily site activities to the Construction Engineer.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Coordinate with construction engineer, HSE In-charge, ESS specialist and aal other stakeholders to resolve site issues if any arises.
• Monitor proper use of materials, equipment, and resources on site.
• Maintain basic site records and assist in preparation of progress reports.
• Daily reporting against execution work done and planning for the next day/week to the construction Engineer.
• Address all the local issues related to site activities and report the same to the construction engineer for better resolution if any.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction of electrical turnkey projects governed by EDCL or REG.
